Up to seven core pages and two articles. Business-specific copy developed from your information and the research, with clear messaging, useful answers, and relevant calls to action.
Responsive WordPress design. A website designed for desktop and mobile, with organized navigation, appropriate imagery, and a straightforward inquiry or contact process.
SEO and measurement foundations. Page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, image descriptions, and agreed analytics/Search Console connections. One standard inquiry form or a link to your existing booking tool is included.

Website Refresh
Starting at US$1,500
Improve your existing website without paying to replace work that still serves your business. For functioning websites with a suitable platform and structure, but outdated presentation, unclear content, weak search alignment, or unnecessary friction in the inquiry process.
Keyword and competitor analysis. A review of your priorities and up to three relevant competitors to identify the most useful content and page improvements.
Improvements to up to five existing core pages. Refresh the copy, design, navigation, mobile presentation, and calls to action around what customers need to know.
Two new supporting articles. Research-led content addressing relevant searches and customer questions, linked to your priority business pages.
On-page SEO improvements. Update agreed titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, and image treatment. Review existing URLs and available search data before making changes, preserving useful addresses where practical.
Testing and review. Two consolidated revision rounds, checks of the inquiry process and agreed tracking, a summary of the completed work, and 30 days of correction support for defects in the delivered scope.
Your current hosting stays in place unless a move is agreed. G&M can provide hosting and ongoing support after the refresh.
A complete rebuild, unsupported platform, serious malware issue, or complex migration is assessed and quoted separately.
Payment at the starting price: US$750 deposit and US$750 on completion.
Growth & Maintenance (G&M)
US$495 per month
Website care, content and search improvement. Keep your website maintained while building on its search opportunities each month. Available with either website package. Existing websites are accepted after a suitability review.
Managed hosting and essential care
Hosting for one standard WordPress website, SSL, scheduled backups, routine software updates, availability/security checks, and basic form/link checks.
Any included migration is confirmed before onboarding. Major repairs, specialist incident recovery, and custom development are separately scoped.
Two keyword-led articles each month
Two articles planned, written, formatted, and published around relevant keywords, customer questions, and opportunities identified through ongoing business and competitor review.
Each includes appropriate headings, internal links, a relevant image where available, and a suitable next step for readers. Standard articles are scoped at approximately 700–1,200 words where the topic warrants it, with one consolidated monthly content-feedback round.
A monthly website and competitor report
A clear summary of available search impressions, clicks, priority keyword movement, landing-page performance, and recorded inquiries where tracking is configured.
The report also reviews up to three agreed competitors, explains the work completed, and identifies the next priorities.
Tracking covers up to 30 priority keyword phrases in one agreed market. Competitor observations use public information and third-party estimates, not access to competitors’ private analytics or sales.
Focused improvements to existing pages
Up to two hours each month for prioritized improvements such as page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, calls to action, image replacements, and small content changes.
This allowance is in addition to the two articles and monthly report. New service pages, major rewrites, redesigns, and additional functionality are quoted separately.
G&M is billed monthly in advance. The initial engagement is three months, followed by monthly renewal with 30 days’ written cancellation notice.
Hosting and Ownership
New Website includes 12 months of hosting and essential care whether or not G&M is added. G&M provides the additional articles, reporting, and improvement work, with hosting included while the plan is active. There is no separate hosting invoice on top of G&M.
Canceling G&M during the included first year does not remove the original hosting allowance. Hosting and essential care continue until that allowance expires; G&M’s articles, reports, and improvement work end with the paid G&M service period.
After the included year, continue G&M, renew hosting and essential care separately, or move to another provider. Any separate renewal price is disclosed in the original proposal.
Domains remain registered to the client. Domain registration and renewal, business email inboxes, premium third-party subscriptions, and usage-based costs are identified separately.
Paid-for website deliverables and approved content are handed over, subject to any third-party software or image-license restrictions disclosed in the proposal.
Payment and Project Completion
All prices and invoices are in U.S. dollars.
Deposits are payable to schedule and begin the project.
The remaining balance is payable on completion, when the agreed work and review rounds are finished, the agreed checks are complete, and the website is approved and ready to launch. The balance is due before final public launch or handover. For a refresh already deployed, the equivalent completion milestone is defined in the proposal.
Project completion is based on the agreed deliverables, not future rankings, traffic, or sales. G&M is billed separately each month.
Any applicable taxes and approved third-party costs are stated in the quote or invoice.
Clear Scope From the Start
The standard allowances cover one business website, one language, and one primary target market. Core pages and launch articles are separate allowances.
Clients provide accurate business information, authorized account access, usable brand materials, and timely feedback. Business-specific and regulated claims require appropriate approval before publication.
E-commerce, custom booking/payment systems, multilingual content, major migrations, photography/video, paid advertising, paid link placement, and work beyond the stated allowances are separately quoted. Monthly content and improvement allowances do not roll over automatically.
Search work is designed to improve relevance, usability, and discoverability. Specific rankings, traffic increases, lead counts, competitor positions, and sales are not guaranteed.
